Statement of Purpose
TexasJurisprudencePrep will strengthen each physician’s Texas medico-legal knowledge and prepare each participant for the Texas Medical Jurisprudence exam. The course vastly condenses the various laws and statutes regarding the practice of medicine in the state of Texas into an easy to learn and structured format that provides for rapid learning.
TexasJurisprudencePrep, LLC has prepared a concise course from over 500 pages of material into an online audio and visual presentation that specifically educates all physicians the medico-legal knowledge required by the Texas Medical Board in order to pass the jurisprudence test for medical licensure in the state of Texas. At the end of the course, physicians will then be required to take 5 practice exam tests consisting of over 50 questions each that reinforces the key course objectives and subject material.
The online presentation is a review of testing material that is high yield content often cited on the Texas Medical Jurisprudence Examination. It by all means is not all inconclusive as cited in the website. TJPrep has attempted to vastly condense the material for a rapid review of high yield content in order to provide the physician rapid awareness and comprehension of the various Texas regulations and statutes governing the practice of medicine that is required for passing the TMJE. The participants will be encouraged to reference these same concepts in more details which are more readily described and available from the internet or from reference books listed on the Texas Medical Board website.
